Have you been wanting to learn the fundamentals of using a sewing machine but have not had the time or opportunity or access to a machine?
Do you have an item that you would like to repair yourself?
Would you like to pay only 90$ (+any extra loving donation) for this class normally valued at 250$? And would you like the vast majority of the proceeds from that money plus any additional donations to go directly back into The Hive and making affordable life-skill classes like this one available to our community?
Well, mark your calendar to sign up for a spot! Then consult with Nishi, bring in a broken thing, and take it home fixed with the skills to repair a multitude of things that call for this handiwork!
Registration opens Monday, November 21st. Keep an eye out for the open-enrollment announcement Monday - there are only 16 spots available!

The other three, to be held in the Spring of 2023, will be Intermediate Sewing on a Machine - Making Piped and Zippered Pillow, Upholstery 101 - Fix Up That Chair!, and the final weekend workshop, Advanced Upholstery, where we will be building and freshly upholstering quarter-scale pet or child sofas from the ground up!
